We've been best mates since intermediate school. Between Hamish's three knee surgeries and Ollie's two dislocated shoulders, we've spent more time in physio waiting rooms than most people spend at the gym.
Sitting in those clinics over the years, we saw the same thing every time. Phones ringing out while the receptionist was flat out with patients at the desk. Voicemails piling up after hours. People who needed help just giving up and calling somewhere else.
We've always been bouncing ideas off each other about what we could build together. When AI voice technology got to the point where it could hold real, natural conversations, we knew exactly what to do with it.
So we built Jenny, with the help of Darcy Knox, a software engineer based in Australia who used to be our basketball coach growing up. Jenny picks up every call, books patients into your real calendar, and sounds so natural that people don't even realise they're talking to AI.
Think about how it actually goes. You do your knee on a Saturday, and you sit on it until Monday morning so you can ring the clinic the second it opens, hoping someone picks up before the day fills. With Jenny, you ring when it happens. Saturday night, Sunday, six in the morning before work. You get booked there and then.
What makes us work as a team is simple. We know each other inside out, we trust each other completely, and we're not afraid to have the hard conversations when it matters. That means we move fast, make good decisions, and always push each other to get it right.
We're not trying to replace your team. We're giving them superpowers. Jenny handles the overflow, the after-hours calls, and the busy patches so your people can focus on what they do best: looking after patients.
