Our main connector

Built around Gensolve,
not bolted onto it.

Gensolve is what most New Zealand physio clinics actually run, so it’s where we go deepest. Jenny books, reschedules and cancels live in Gensolve while the patient is still on the phone — and she handles the awkward parts properly. Variable appointment lengths, different by physio and by appointment type, are rules to her rather than a fixed slot.

She also works with the other systems New Zealand clinics use — Cliniko, Nookal, Zanda and Google Calendar. Gensolve is just the one we know inside out.

The same goes for everything else about her. Jenny has been built with New Zealand physio clinics, not just for them — shaped by time spent in clinics and by the differing opinions of the physios, practice owners and receptionists we work with. This is a product made for one industry, in one country, and it shows.

A Monday at your front desk

A missed first call isn't one
appointment. It's the whole plan.

ACC-funded physiotherapy runs to an average of 5.1 treatment sessions a claim. When the phone rings out on a new patient, you don't lose one booking — you lose the episode, to the clinic that answered.

How it works

Three steps, about two weeks

We do the heavy lifting. You keep treating patients.

  1. 01

    Week 1

    We learn your clinic

We map your services, practitioners, availability rules and policies, and the way you want her to talk on the phone, so Jenny sounds like part of the team rather than a phone menu.

  2. 02

    Week 1–2

    We connect and test

Jenny plugs into Gensolve, so a booking made on the phone is in your diary before the patient hangs up. You set up call forwarding from your existing number through to Jenny's, and we test everything properly before anything goes live.

  3. 03

    Week 2

She goes live, on your terms

Calls forward from the number you already have. Most clinics start her on after-hours only, then let her pick up anything heading for the answerphone, then have her step in once the phone has rung three times and nobody is free. You choose where that line sits, and you can move it any time.

Then we don't disappear

For the first 14 days, we watch every call and fix anything the same day. From then on we don't stop. Every morning, for as long as Jenny is with you, you get a report of what she did and anything needing follow-up, plus a fortnightly performance report as we keep tuning her to what your callers actually ask.

What she does

Everything your front desk does
at the times nobody's there

Trained on your clinic, not physio in general

Your services, your practitioners, your ACC process, your cancellation policy. She knows which of your physios does dry needling.

Picks up when your team can't

After hours, through the lunch rush, or when the phone has rung out three times and everyone is with a patient. You decide which. No voicemail, no hold music, no "please call back during business hours".

Books, reschedules and cancels — live

Gensolve, Cliniko, Nookal, Zanda, Google Calendar. It is done while the patient is still on the phone, so the diary is right in real time and there is nothing for your team to key in afterwards.

She says she's an AI, and never gives medical advice

Jenny opens every call by telling the caller she is an AI receptionist — that is a Privacy Act requirement where health information is involved, and it is written into your agreement. Nothing about injuries, treatment or urgency ever comes from her. That always goes to your team. Past the greeting, patients talk normally and she keeps up.

The limits

What Jenny won’t do

You asked us good questions about this before you'd trust her with a single call. Here it is in writing.

  • She tells callers she's an AI

Every call, at the start. It's how the Privacy Act 2020 and the Health Information Privacy Code require health information to be collected, and it's written into every agreement we sign.

  • She can't read patient records out

Her access to your system covers availability and bookings only. There's no path for a caller to pull information out of it.

  • She doesn't handle ACC numbers or claim details

That's a deliberate exclusion. Any request like that goes straight to your team.

  • She gives no medical advice, of any kind

Nothing about injuries, treatment or urgency. Anything clinical goes to a person, every time.

  • Nothing is stored at our end

No persistent patient data on our side. Call recordings and transcripts are kept for quality assurance on a rolling 30‑day basis, then permanently deleted, and nothing is carried between calls.

Fair questions

What clinic owners ask us
before they say yes

Does this replace my receptionist?

No, and almost nobody starts there. Most clinics put Jenny on after-hours only, then let her take anything heading for the answerphone, then have her step in once the phone has rung three times. Your team keeps the calls they want. Jenny takes the ones currently going nowhere.

What do my patients actually hear?

Jenny tells them she is an AI receptionist for your clinic, then has a normal conversation using your services, your practitioners and your policies. Ring us and we will put her on your clinic's details so you can hear it yourself before you decide anything.

What if she gets something wrong?

You write her rules and you can change them any time. You get a log every morning of every call she took and anything needing follow-up, and a performance report each fortnight. Anything she cannot resolve is emailed to your reception team with the full context. And you can switch her off in a phone call.

We don't miss that many calls.

Most clinics say that, and it is usually said in good faith. The trouble is the calls you miss are the ones you never see — they ring out, hit the answerphone, and dial the next clinic. Before you spend a cent with us, pull your own call records for last month. That number is the only one that matters.

When you're injured, you want to know you can be seen as soon as possible, without navigating a website or waiting until Monday morning. Once AI became capable of having a natural conversation while working within a practice management system, we built Jenny.

Get started

Want to hear what
your patients would hear?

We'll set Jenny up on your clinic's details and call you, so you can hear her handle a real booking. Takes about ten minutes and costs nothing. Most clinics are live within two weeks after that — no disruption to your team, no IT project, and you keep your number.

A conversation first, always. We'll come to you if that's easier.
